A Natural way to Heal Back Pain

If you have ever woken with the feeling, "Oh my aching back!" you know only too well how devastating back pain can be.  So do you just take a couple of non-steroidal anti- inflammatory painkillers and forget about their deadly side effects, or is there a natural way to heal back pain?

To find a natural solution to back pain you need to first understand the various common causes of back pain. There are different ways to address each problem without taking anything
dangerous to your body.

The Role of Inflammation in Back Pain

Inflammation leads to the swelling and pain that causes most back pain. There are a number of conditions that can lead to inflammation including: injury, constipation, diet, and weak abdominal muscles.

Injury is the most common cause of back pain it is usually caused by lifting something too heady, falling or twisting your back when lifting.  Homeopathic remedies are truly
wonderful for speeding the healing of the injured parts and eliminating the

What you eat does indeed affect your body and the level of inflammation you experience.  I know from experience when I have eaten a lot of sweets and candy my inflammation levels flare up with back and joint pain being the result.

Herbal Remedies for Inflammation

Arnica for swelling or bruising is the first remedy of choice, followed by Rhus Tox for pulled muscles better with movement once you get started.  Bryonia Album is the homeopathic for such pain which is better with pressure and worse with movement, just the opposite of Rhus Tox.

Applying Homeopathic Trauma Gel to the area further soothes and speeds the healing of damaged tissues.

Personally I use HLA supplementation and a pain spray with Boswellia and MSM with good results.

Other Causes of Back Pain
As a weird as it sounds constipation even for just one day can lead to severe back pain.  When fecal matter builds up in the colon the pressure irritates nerves that radiate pain to the back. Use an enema or take four magnesium capsules with a large glass of water to get the bowels moving again.

The weak abdominal muscles that hold up your upper body can place excessive pressure on your back. Exercises like leg stretches and half sit-ups will help strengthen those muscles.  Posture is very important! Make sure you sit properly and keep your back straight while lifting.

Yes you can get well!
