Serve with almond mylk or eat on its own.  This is a great nutrient dense snack to take on the go.

 Not so Crabby Pate Wrap

1   cup walnuts

¼ cup pine nuts

2 tbsp lemon juice

2 garlic cloves

¼ cup onion

Handful parsley

½ tsp sea salt

¼ tsp pepper

 Put pine nuts and walnuts in food processor with lemon juice until it breaks down then add all other ingredients.  Process until it looks like a pate.  Wrap in a Swiss chard leaf or enjoy it over a bed of lettuce with dressing.

 Walnuts are one of the best plant sources of protein and an excellent source of omega 3 fatty acids
