We have all been in situations where we want a quick pre or post workout snack. Many of us resort to protein bars and there are some good organic choices out there but they can be expensive. It is important to always have snacks on hand to help curve carvings and hunger between meals. A good healthy, inexpensive alternative solution is to make your own protein power cookies.
