Raw Hummus Made With Cashews



Are you looking for a healthy side dish? Try this delicious recipe for raw cashew hummus which is gluten free, dairy free, raw and vegan! Serve with sliced carrots, celery or cucumbers. Enjoy your snack cravings without the guilt :)

Ingredients:

1.5 cup raw cashews (soaked over night)
2-3 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp onion powder
sea salt & pepper to taste 

Blend all ingredients together in Vitamix or food processor. Add a little bit of water or coconut water if needed to help blend. It should come out a creamy consistency.
