Guacamole Wraps

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1-2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 medium tomato
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
  • cayenne pepper to taste


Combine mashed avocado, chopped tomato, onion, and lemon juice and spices into a bowl and mix. Scoop portion into Romaine lettuce leaf and wrap.
