Banana Crème Oatmeal


This is a very satisfying raw food breakfast.  It’s easy to make and very tasty!

Serves 1


  • 1 cup steel cut oats – soaked overnight and then drained
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. sea salt
  • 2 Tablespoons walnuts – leave out if you are wanting a nut free recipe
  • 1 banana – cut in half – can use any fruit you prefer.  Peaches are wonderful in this recipe!


Directions:  Place all ingredients except ½ of the banana in a blender.  Pulse blend a couple of times.  Transfer to your favorite breakfast and slice the remaining half of the banana on top.
