Broccoli Buddha Bowl


• 5 cups chopped broccoli

• 1 cup cooked quinoa

• 2 tablespoons coconut oil

• 1 tsp. turmeric

• 1 tsp. sea salt

• 1 cup pumpkin seeds – soaked for at least 4-6 hours then drained (or you can use Go Raw pumpkin seeds that are already soaked and sprouted)

Directions: Steam broccoli and drain. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well. This can be enjoyed warm or cold. It’s a great “grab and go” dish for lunches or dinner at work or on the road. Slice up some avocados to go on top for an added treat.
