Cinnamon Vanilla Alkaline Protein Power Balls

  • ¼ cup flax seeds (I like Golden)
  • ½ cup gluten-free oats
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ½ tsp Himalayan or sea salt
  • 3 scoops Sun Warrior Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon (I love the Vietnamese cinnamon)
  • 1 tablespoon grade b maple syrup
  • Ionized Alkaline Mineral Water – start with 1/8 cup and add as needed

Directions:  Place flax seed in food process with “S” blade and process for a minute. Add oats and process for another minute.  Add in the rest of the ingredients and process until a “dough” forms. Add little bits of water as needed.  Once you can easily press the mixture together to form a ball, you are finished processing.  Roll into small balls and store in fridge up to a week and the freezer for 1 month.
