Creamy Hot Cocoa

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 ¼ cup Ionized Alkaline Mineral Water

  • ½ cup unsweetened Almond milk – chocolate or vanilla flavored

  • 3 tbsp. gluten-free mini chocolate chips by Enjoy Life

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp. Xyla

Directions:  Heat Ionized Alkaline Mineral Water, almond milk, chocolate chips, and coconut oil on medium heat in a saucepan.  Use a wire whisk.  Once chocolate is melted, transfer to a blender and add the rest of the ingredients.  Blend for 15 seconds so a creamy foam forms after the blending stops.  Pour and enjoy!
