Go Green Bowl

Serves 2


3 cups of broccoli – chopped into small pieces

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 lemon wedges

1 tsp. tumeric

Sea salt to taste

Left over pumpkin seed pesto from your wrap

Directions:  Steam brocollini.  Drain.  Add olive oil, turmeric, and sea salt.  Mix well.  Divide broccoli into two bowls.  Scoop out pesto onto brocollini.  Squeeze the lemon on it and eat right away.  You can heat up the pesto if you want it warm or set it out while you are steaming and use at room temp.  Stir in the pesto to make a Creamy broccoli dish or just dip each bite into it.  Have fun!!!
