Inflammation Buster Power Water

  • 3 cups Ionized Alkaline Mineral Water
  • 1 inch fresh ginger – skin cut off and cut into small pieces
  • 1 inch fresh tumeric – skin cut off and cut into small pieces
  • Juice of 3 lemons
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
  • Dash of cayenne pepper – optional

 

Directions:  Place water, ginger, and turmeric in high-speed blender and blend for 15 seconds.  Add lemon juice, sweetener, and cayenne and blend again for 5 seconds.  This invigorating drink will keep in the refrigerator for a week, but it probably won’t last that long as it so energizing and healing and easy to use up quickly.
