Mango Madness

  • 1 Mango
  • ½  frozen Banana
  • 2 tsp. maca powder
  • Handful of almonds – chopped (raw almonds that have been soaked for 4-6 hours)
  • 1 tbsp. ground flax seed
  • Dash of Cinnamon
  • 1 tblsp. coconut flakes

 

Directions:  Puree mango, banana, and maca powder in food processor until smooth.  Sprinkle flax seed, coconut flakes, and almonds on top.  This is so easy and so delicious. 

Almonds are an excellent source of protein and flax seeds are a great source of omegas.  Maca Powder is a superfood that is excellent to increase energy and  endurance and builds the immune system.
