October Fest Cole Slaw


Ingredients:

•    ½ head red cabbage – shredded in food processor or by hand
•    1 ½  C broccoli – finely chopped
•    4 celery stalks with leaves – finely chopped
•    2 apples of your choice – finely chopped
•    3 carrots – shredded
•    1 ½ raw pumpkin seeds
•    1 tsp Himalayan salt
•    1 tsp cumin
•    Dash of cayenne pepper
•    2 tablespoons agave or honey
•    Olive oil and apple cider vinegar to taste

Directions:
  Combine all ingredients in bowl except olive oil and apple cider vinegar.  Mix well.  Add olive oil to wet mixture, and then follow with apple cider vinegar to taste.  Note:  Remember to use a 2:1 ratio of olive to vinegar.
