Pumpkin Spice Protein "Mylk"


 
This is a low sugar, low carb power booster to enjoy anytime of the day.  
 
Serves One
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup unsweetened Almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Ionized Alkaline Mineral Water
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin spice
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 1 scoop SunWarrior Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp. Xyla - natural sweetener
 
Directions: Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender until creamy and enjoy.  Will last in the fridge for 3 days so you can make ahead of time.
