Quick Fix Salad!

I came home from the gym feeling hungry and in need of a “quick” fix one afternoon. I came up with this very satisfying and tasty treat. I hope you like it as much as I do. It’s my new favorite “snack” salad.

Play with amount of ingredients to suit your needs:

Red cabbage – chopped

Cucumber – chopped (hothouse are my favorite)

Sprouted sunflower seeds

Bragg's Healthy Vinaigrette - or dressing of your choice

Toss in a bowl and put on desired amount of dressing. Enjoy!
