Seasonal Immunity Booster Beverage

Before you rush out to get traditional cold and flu medications try making this healing hot drink to knock out any mild symptoms or have as a preventative self care drink.

Seasonal Immunity Booster Beverage

  • 1 cup ionized alkaline mineral water
  • Juice of one lemon and then the skin from half the lemon
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 2 inches of fresh ginger, skin cut off then cut in large chunks
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper

Directions: Place all ingredients in a small sauce pan and bring to a boil then lower heat and cover. Simmer for 15 minutes then pour into a tea cup (strain out the ginger and lemon rind).
