Sesame Seed and Almond Greens

This is so simple and delicious. Great for quick meals you can take on the go. Please do your best to use all organic ingredients. You deserve it!


• 1 bunch of Swiss chard – cut off stem and chopped

• 4 cups spinach – chopped

• 1 cup shelled edamame

• 1 cup raw almonds – soaked at least 6 hours – chopped

• 1⁄4 cup raw sesame seeds

• 1 glove garlic

• Juice of one lemon

• 2 tablespoons organic sesame seed oil – can add more or less depending on your preference

• Sea Salt to taste

Directions: Steam edamame for 2 minutes. Add the Swiss chard and steam two more minutes. Add the spinach and steam 1 more minute. Drain out water and add in the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and enjoy. Can also enjoy at room temp. I love this for an easy picnic or lunch box dish.
