1-Day Detox with Raw Foods

Green Juice

1 Cucumber

3 Celery Stalks

handful of spinach or kale

handful of parsley

handful of mint

½ of a lemon

knuckle of ginger

Optional: ½ of an apple for added sweetness


Green Morning Smoothie:

½ of banana

handful of spinach  or kale

1/4 of an avocado

chia seeds

hemp seeds

coconut oil

For liquid you may use: coconut water, hemp or almond milk

 



Raw Gazpacho Soup:

Blend Together:

3 Cups of large tomatoes

1 peeled cucumber

2 red bell peppers

½ of a red onion

3 fresh cloves of garlic

1 Bunch of cilantro

¼ of a cup of fresh squeezed lemon juice

2 TBSP cold pressed extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp pink salt (to taste)

1 tsp fresh ground pepper (to taste)

Optional: Add jalapeno or red chili for heat

Filtered Cold Water – can be added until desired consistency


Harvest (seasonal salad)

Mixed greens

½ Bell Pepper (red, orange or yellow)

Handful of Raw Pepitas (pumpkin seeds)

1 Persimmon

½ of a tomato

Raw Almond Slivers

Avocado

Dressing: Olive Oil and Lemon Juice
