Serves 4


1 cup pecans
3 ½ cups Ionized Alkaline Mineral Water
1 cup vanilla flavored almond milk
½ cup dates -  pitted 
½ small banana
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract 

Blend it all up. Use hot water if you want a warm drink. It should be a bit thick but if it's too thin, add more banana or pecans. If it's too thick, add more water.  Add more spices if needed to suit your taste.
