Watermelon Popsicles

 

  • 4 cups watermelon
  • ½ cup apple juice
  • ¾ cup Ionized Alkaline Mineral Water
  • 12 paper drink cups
  • Wooden popsicle sticks

 

Put apple juice, water and watermelon in blender until smooth.  Pour into cups.  Freeze for about 1 hour and then place sticks in the center.  To serve, peel away the cup.

Fruit popsicles are an excellent way to hydrate yourself on a hot day.  These are also great to use as ice for a smoothie.
